Decapitate

Remove the crowd-control effects received and sweep forward immediately after activating the skill, deal damage to a wide range of enemies. Within 3 seconds, damage taken is reduced by 40%, and for the next 6 seconds the unit will cast another Swipe.

Deathstrike

Remove the crowd-control effects received and cleave forward immediately after activating the skill, knock down enemies and deal extra damage to those in a high-speed state. Within 3 seconds, damage taken is reduced by 40%, and for the next 6 seconds the unit will continue to cleave.

Get Over Here

The unit will immediately rendezvous with their commander, fighting their way through intervening enemy units.

Playstyle

Your spells duration are 6s but give you CCi and a 40% dmg reduction for 3s after it, so rotate them accordingly. When in downtime always be in CC, go in and out depending on enemy burst / your front. Rotate 2 and 1 in function of what’s in front of you and try to pretty much never use cover commander if you can just disengage and wait your CD.

Rotation:

  1. X-move them close, then:
  2. Press 1 (Sideways Sweep) first
  3. When 1 CD shows 11 seconds remaining, press 2 (Deathstrike)
  4. When 2 CD shows 24 seconds remaining, press 3 (Get Over Here)
  5. Press 1 again when it’s up
  6. When 1 CD shows 11 seconds remaining, press 3

That should be the skill rotation you should do every fight. Strikes on 1 and 2 last for 6 seconds, so you never want to cancel the ability before lasting 6s by pressing another skill or cover commander. With this rotation you always have the 6 seconds from 1 and 2 and skip the downtimes with Get Over Here. The 3 between First 2 and Second 1 Rotation is min-maxing, but still makes your unit take 20% less damage for 5 seconds until you can press 1 again. Important is to always use 1 and 2 for the 6s durations.

Blob / Sustained fights: better against Spartan meta, worse against Reapers, 1v1 and other types of burst fights.

  • Patch note 8/15/2024 mechanics summary:
  • Sideways Sweep and Deathstrike reduce damage taken by 40% within 3s and remove control effects instantly. They also increase attack rate for their duration.
  • Sideways Sweep and Deathstrike damage (including Deathstrike released under Get Over Here) increased by 30%.
  • Deathstrike minimum damage rate increased from 0.1 to 0.2.
  • Deathstrike (including under Get Over Here) deals extra damage on charging enemies.
