Tier lists start to make sense once you play ranked.
Any hero works (but D), and any class is playable at its max potential. This tier list shows average strength, mainly to help new or returning players see what is strong.
A class sitting in B or C tier can still perform well but on average, players do better with higher tier classes.
Hero Weapons, Ranked
Within a row, order matters from left to right.
Each AA-tier class fills a special job of its own. Some people would rate the A-tier classes as AA or even S, but in my opinion they are just a weaker version doing the same job.
Compare SnS and Bastard Sword: both cover the exact same role, one simply does it better.

This season Purple-lock, you will be able to take 1 Gold Unit or Purple Unit (filled with blue units) The tier-list for said T4/T5 is the normal one (Phalanx/Flamers in some maps where you can dodge the range spam poke and cavalry will be especially strong, even more when player will unlock the lancer cav rune!)
